Meet James Lumley
Executive Chef James Lumley has more than 25 years of culinary experience, including stints at the Grove Park Inn, where he was Chef de Cuisine at Vue 1913 and Blue Ridge Dining Room, and the award-swimming Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort. When he's not in the kitchen, he can often be found foraging for ingredients (and antiques) in and around Asheville.
